Return Policy

A return authorization number must be obtained prior to any return.  Returns for refund or credit are subject to an industry standard 20% restocking charge.  Shipping/handling charges will not be refunded.  Items must be returned in as new condition, freight prepaid. 

Warranty

ABI warrants its manufactured products to the original consumer or purchaser, to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. Products that are visibly damaged when received must be returned within 30 days from the date of the purchase with proper authorization.
